imposed upon a 19 year old man who was convicted of felony animal cruelty. This puppy was tortured throughout his short life and and died after suffering unimaginable abuse. A March of Mourning is being planned in Santa Barbara on July 19th, to call attention to this light sentence and to show our lawmakers that we support maximum sentences for those convicted of felony animal cruelty. Like an ‘Amber Alert,’ Diana would also like to start a ‘Davey’s Alert’ to let communities throughout the country be on the alert for animal abusers.
